Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

After the 1-hour cancellation window, your order may have already been submitted for production. Because our products are made to order, orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the product, size, color, quantity, personalization (if applicable), and shipping address.

If you contact us within the 1-hour window, we will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order. A cancellation is not considered complete until you receive confirmation from Pamilya Collective.

If your order has already entered production, please refer to our Refund Policy for information about damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Pamilya Collective reserves the right to cancel and refund an order when necessary due to product availability, fulfillment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
